Enquiries are held in confidence. We will decline any mandate that conflicts with an existing one and will say so at first contact.
Be precise about the question and general about the parties. Your details are held in confidence and used only to assess the mandate.
What happens next

    You describe the decision and the figure it depends on, in general terms. Leave out names and confidential detail.
  2. 02
    We reply within one working day, say whether ZMK is the right firm, and decline at once if there is a conflict.

    If there is a fit, we agree a secure channel before any confidential detail is shared, then set up a first call.
