What we collect, and what we don't.

Analytics

On the Life of Field page we keep our own simple counts: page views, film plays and downloads, each with the date, the country reported by our network provider and the referring site or campaign tag. These counts contain no names, no IP addresses and no cookies.

Enquiries

Details submitted through the enquiry form are used solely to assess and respond to your enquiry, and are held in confidence. We will decline any mandate that conflicts with an existing one and will say so at first contact. We do not add enquirers to any marketing list.

Briefing requests (Life of Field)

When you request the Life of Field briefing, ZMK Advisory is responsible for the details you give us.

  • What we collect. Your name, work email, company and role; your answer to the optional question; the wording of the consent you gave; the date and time; and the country reported by our network provider. We do not record your IP address.
  • Why. To send you the briefing and to follow up with you about it, and about related ZMK research, by email. We rely on the consent you give on the form, and you can withdraw it at any time.
  • Who sees it. Only ZMK Advisory. We do not sell, rent or share your details. They are stored on Cloudflare, which hosts this site and processes the data on our behalf; it may be held on servers outside your country.
  • How long. Up to 24 months from your request, or less if you ask us to delete it sooner. Download links expire after 24 hours.
  • Security check. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to keep out automated submissions. It checks your browser without asking you to solve a puzzle and is not used to track you.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to have them deleted, and you can withdraw consent to being contacted at any time. Write to the address below and we will act on it promptly. The answer key and the film are free to use without giving any details.
